Charges and Scope

Project charges are defined in written quotations, valid for 30 days. Additional expenses (for example domains, stock media, or special assets) are billed separately where applicable.

Invoicing and Payment

Invoices are issued via email and payable on receipt unless agreed otherwise in writing. Late payment penalties and service restrictions may apply to overdue accounts.

Review and Approval

Clients receive opportunities to review deliverables during design and before launch. Deliverables are deemed accepted if no issues are raised within 10 days of delivery.

Content and Turnaround

Delivery timelines rely on timely client feedback, content, and approvals. Delays in required inputs can affect final timelines.

Browser and Platform Compatibility

Sites are developed for major modern browsers. Future browser changes released after handover may require additional updates.

Termination and Liability

Termination requests must be made in writing. Services may be suspended on material breach or non-payment in line with agreed terms.

Intellectual Property

Client-owned materials remain client property. Ownership and license terms for deliverables and source files are governed by the signed project agreement.
