The computer giant Dell will run on the market in August one of the cheapest laptop. The price of notebook E Series will be only 300 dollars, says a publication in digitimes.com.
The ordinal competitor of the widely popular Asus Eee PC processor uses Intel Atom with 1,6 GHz frequency and provides 8.9 – inch screen. The cheaper E Classic configuration includes 512 MB operating memory and 4 GB flash-based drive and will work under the management of Linux OS.
It is expected the E Video to be the most sold model, which comes with double the HDD and operational memory and built-in webcam. The price of E Video has not yet been announced.
The line is complemented by E Slim, would be the most expensive. The model provides 12 – inch screen and hard disk rather than flash memory.
Dell is the largest producer of the serial computers, which attack the segment of the cheapest laptop.
After the success of Asus Eee PC, businesses with similar products entered the biggest suppliers of PC and laptop in the world, including market leader HP and Acer.
